Since we started our league I have only played once a week, on league nights. Last night though, I did play 9 holes at Rosland. Here are my scores of weeks 2-4 at league, and last nights score:

week 2, Acorn:

3, 6, 3, 3, 5, 4, 4, 2, 4 = 34 (+7)

5, 5, 3, 4, 2, 4, 4, 4, 5 = 36 (+9)

= 70 (+16 by my rules)

week 3, Bassett Creek:

3, 5, 4, 4, 3, 3, 3, 3, 4 = 32 (+5)

4, 5, 3, 3, 3, 4, 3, 5, 3 = 33 (+6)

= 65 (+11)

week 4, Bryant Lake:

2, 2, 3, 2, 3, 2, 4, 4, 4 = 26 (-1)

4, 3, 4, 4, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 = 30 (+3)

= 56 (+2)

long time = good or bad?

..so I'm trying to decide whether I've not posted anything for a while because I've been to busy playing disc golf, or because I have been unhappy with my playing. It may be a little bit of both. I was a die hard about tracking every score and stat when I started this, but I feel way behind now. I beleive I stopped after our road trip because I was waiting to get those scores to enter them. Well I still need to upload those stats, but I'm pretty sure that since then I played around 20 terrible holes with Jake at Rosland that I didn't keep very good track of. I played 13 holes at Hyland with Kevin and I was like 8-10 over par. I didn't finish that round though. I played with Kevin earlier this week and beat him +1 to +3, or something like that, at Rosland on 9 holes. Our first night of league play left me with these scores:

3, 5, 3, 4, 3, 3, 3, 4, 3 = 31 = +4

3, 4, 2, 4, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2 = 26 = -1

total 57 = +3

I tied with Jake but he beat me in a 4 hole, sudden death playoff; I really need to work on my putting.

I biked half an hour to find out my friends had already finished 18 holes and left. I played 9 anyway, despite the fact the the sun was setting and it was 8pm. Not my best, I'll just say that. But it was nice out there, and I did get the full 9 in before dark.

and just so there is no confusion; I always play every hole as a par 3, no matter what course.

attempt at a second round which ended in me frantically smashing my disc golf bag against the ground about 6 times in a row that cause my tupperware full of caramel bars and strawberries to open and get smashed all over the inside of my bag and discs; all of which I proceeded to whip out of the bag and kick around in the grass while I yelled every bad word and phrase that I know. I think that my reaction was also influenced by a tractor that kept getting in my way all morning and then drove over my disc:

I played in a league last night called westside Wednesdays. there were about 60 people playing and they were all pretty good. About half of them played in the Pro division while the rest either played Advanced Amature, or Intermediate Amature. I played Intermediate since it was my first time (at league, and at Hyland for the year). I started out incredibly strong but then had a bit of a doozy before I stabalized my game once again.

this is starting on hole 6 (19 holes):

2, 2, 2, 4, 9, 2, 3, 4, 5, 3, 5, 4, 3, 4, 4 (bonus hole), 3, 3, 4, 5 = +14

Basset Creek with Mark and Kevin tonight:

we played by the "everything's a par 3" rule to keep the competition straight, which had Mark at +10 and Kevin at +7, but Kevin was going to cut that down to a +5 for his stats because he wanted to play two of the holes as par 4. That's not how I role though....
